Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at ggvip can receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to receiving and using this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x)
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period after receiving the bonus
• Bets totalling the combined amount of the bonus and deposited funds must be placed
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly

Bonus Abuse

If anyone attempts to abuse the bonus system — such as through multiple accounts, false information, or any form of manipulation to claim bonuses:

• The relevant bonus will be cancelled
• The account may be permanently closed
• Deposited funds may be forfeited

Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggvip platform:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts
2. Registering with false or misleading information
3. Operating an account using another person's identity
4. Abusing the bonus system or committing fraud
5. Gaining unauthorised access to the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means
6. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
7. Using the platform for money laundering purposes
8. Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other players
9. Assisting anyone under the age of 21 to create an account
10. Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in the platform

Consequences

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or closure of the account
• Forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings
• Legal action where applicable
• Notification of the relevant authorities

Complaint Time Limit

Any complaint regarding a transaction or game result must be submitted as soon as possible from the date of the incident, and no later than within the specified time limit. Complaints submitted after excessive delay may not be accepted.
